Soy-sauce Squid (3/10)
The whole squid was put into the soy-sauce and poach slowly. The soy-sauce infused into the squid (but not deep inside). The squid seems fresh; the flavour was quite strong, more importantly it was extremely spongy. Highly recommended!
Seriously, if you happened to be at Tai O, please do try the squid, it is well worth the 30 bucks for a cup!Give me a thumbs up if you like it!
