炸串係我哋今日嘅目標,但係無從入手,所以就叫咗個廚師發板嘅拼盤,咩都有唔使諗😎拼盤有十串,其實份量都幾多,每人每串都分到少少☺️有鵪鶉蛋、日本迷你甜薯、日本南瓜、雞髀菇、紫蘇雞肉、豚肉蘆筍、法國Brie 芝士、大蝦🍤、芝心竹輪卷同煙燻豚肉,其中最推介嘅係串揚法國Brie 芝士,炸過之後芝士變得軟心,超級濃味👍🏻另外紫蘇雞肉都幾特別,個紫蘇葉好似紫菜咁脆卜卜,然後食到紫蘇葉果一陣特別既甜味

吉列豬扒炸完之後都唔會太乾身,食得出豬扒本身嘅脂肪比例好平均,因為我好怕食吉列豬扒太柴架,呢一件好Juicy🥰佢嘅椰菜沙律又可以幫到解漏,可以自行選擇用芝麻醬或者日本柚子醋調味

呢個章魚燒係大阪嘅名物,本來諗住作為前菜醫下肚先嘅😂點知去到最尾我哋食唔晒全份,因為真係叫得太多嘢😝不過章魚燒本身我都好鍾意食,加上蛋黃醬同埋章魚燒汁酸酸地好好味,我最鍾意就係佢放喺底嗰塊蝦餅🤓

今次我同朋友試咗桂花味同玫瑰味嘅麒麟生啤,花味帶出咗啤酒本身嘅麥香😉不過下次都係叫返原味生啤啦

雖然我哋兩個食咗咁多嘢,但係買單連加一都係$954,人均唔使$500👍🏻如果喺大角咀想食好啲都係唔錯嘅選擇
