I ate 焰手卷 and 火炙鰻魚手卷, the sizes are bigger than I expected. The taste of the rice and the fish are so good. The price is reasonable in Hong Kong. I can taste that the fish it used is fresh. Also, the service of the boss is great, very polite. If you have conscience, please support 焰手卷 and hope I can keep buying it for my lunch in the future XD
