Harlan is a rockstar Chef.This restaurant has a great vibe and Harlan is an amzing host.We were 3 couples and we ordered 7 appetizers. The fois gras with eel was a kncokout. he nailed both of them. The eel was lovely and the pan fired fose gras was crispy on the outside but melt in your mouth on the inside. just divine.The squid appetizer was delicious and so were the crabcakes as well as the tuna tartare.The bread Harlan serves is fresh and bountiful with lovely salty butter.His serving tea

His serving team are outstanding. FLuent in both English and Cantonese. and they no his mantra and they know their food. They are stylish and friendly and provide top tier service.
of 6 main courses the outstanding one is the Iberico bone-in pork steak with melted cheese on top. This was sensational. The pork was supersoft.
other notable entrees are the lamb, salmon and seabass.
What I also have to add is that the portion sizes of all are large. They are American sizes. I was expecting large prices with small portions. I am surprised by previosu reveiws I've read. This meal was quite fantastic.
The sides we ordered were thick cut fries with truffle sauce. Thick cut onion rings with another glam sauce. and tater tots with blue cheese dip. i am cutting carbs and truing to eat healthy but I couldn;t resist these for a bite of each. all of us concurred they were freshly and innotavely created.
for desert they have a great and interesting selection with a superb cheeseboard.
and we loved the cocktails. such an extensive and accomadating set of drinks.
we will go back again to celebrate either my wife's birthday or my birthday in a big way because this is the place to see and be see. and by the way the restaurant is gorgeous. it;s so beautifully decorated and comfrtable. it has a super chic modern vibe. and the view is to die for. amazing glass wall floor to ceiling with the best view of central.
we'll be back soon.
