Carpaccio is the international name of a typical Italian dish made with raw meat. The meat here sliced a little more thickly which made it a bit more rustic and you can really taste the quality of the meat.Perfect balance of flavors, perfect preparation. It came with three different dips were phenomenal (but i have forgotten what flavours those were).
A really tasty and unique dip with the perfect amount for entree.
I could dip bread in those all night.
The atmosphere, the great staff, and amazing food was perfect. If you are looking for a little bit of romance this place is awesome.
