YES! It is the bakery which kept a long queue at one of the most busiest street in TST when it came to HK in the beginning of this year. I've been longing for try it's singature devil cheese bun for ages. Finally the queue has gone and now you can get the very yummy bun at anytime you want even on weekends.The target was clear. We went into the store and got it quickly since there was no queue anymore! Was very happy to get this devil bun within 1 min time.Peeked into the paper bag you will see

We were very excited to try this bun immediately in the street. So it was a little bit messy in th picture, haha. The bread was softer than I expected since most of the time European bread are quite hard for Hongkongers, while this one was moist and soft.
The cream cheese was just perfect as you can see in the picture, the cheese was coming out in the middle of the bun. The cheese was slightly sweet, which I think it tasted quite similar to the laughing cow cheese (I love it a lot). The amount of the cheese was optimal, more than enough for you to taste it without feeling too oily.
Since the bun is in 5 layers, i.e. bun-cheese-bun-cheese-bun, the structure make sure you can enjoy the cheese in eveyr single bite! Ever in the last few bites and in the edges.It was just so good to enjoy such a great bun without queuing! Love it!Just that it was in room temperature even though u got it from the store. Would be better if it was warm.
