Spade by Lassana has recently launched a Christmas Special, the Flaming Snowman Honey Toast Box which I went to try with my two besties. With the cutest look on Earth, I could not imagine how anyone could resist this honey toast box.The snowman was composed of two scoops of house made ice-cream, Milk and Toffee Banana. The snowman was composed of two scoops of house made ice-cream, Milk and Toffee Banana. Wearing a cute little chocolate hat and sat on a honey Brioche topped with chocolate waffles, brownies and chocolate Pocky. The orangy sauce was made with caramelised Sunkist orange, a festive autumny sweet sauce indeed.
To top up the fun, the chocolate hat of the snowman actually holds orange sauce that was meant to be lit, and Wa-lah! The hat is on flame! The melted chocolate glides through the snowman and became a delicious chocolate sauce.
Unlike the typical squared Danish toast box, Lassana creatively used Brioche to align with the round look of the cute snowman. Keeping the crunchy crust and soft inner, the Brioche brought a much stronger buttery touch to the toast box.
The Flaming Snowman is available today until 17th Jan 2015, so you can still try the festive special even after Christmas!
