I have been to this place a few times and the quality of food is very consistent. With 16 of us, we have a few more dishes than usual and tried a few new ones. Here are some memorable dishes...

Sweet n sour pork - nice and crisp with just the right amount of fat and meat.
"shui lo seng tze" - cooked in a pot of fish soup, the clams (it's actually the long ones not the manila clams) tasted very fresh and juicy.
Chinese lettuce in clay pot - lettuce was nice and fresh with large and flavorful dried shrimps which is essentially the essence of this dish

There are many more dishes to talk about like oyster in port wine, steamed fish and fish soup with tofu... and their quality is always consistent.

Beer is cheap and you can bring your own alcoholic beverages as long as you don't mind drinking from those "cha chaang ting" glasses. For the price we paid, it's definitely good value for money!!
