Dinner Menu 選擇如下, 唔算好多不過酒都唔少28Days Aged Dry Aged Rib Eye Steak $280order 左medium rib eye steak, 可惜有點略過熟, 應該起碼有 medium well. 太熟一邊會開始有點硬. 食到幾有牛肉香, 無筋. 一邊sides 有焗煎香過茄子椒等.Truffle Tagliolini $190頂上灑上 shaved truffle, 食落有truffle 香. 不過比起Tagliolini 更似係spaghetti, 而texture 亦偏腍左d. 最後應有再淋上olive oil或係truffle oil, 底下都頗油.
