Slow reception while plenty of tables

During lunch peak hour there are obviously plenty of empty table (~1/2) while long queue waiting.Should get more ppl at the reception to help guide ppl. Doesn’t look like a for profit business. Hope management can improve.The bento is good. Price relatively ok in central area.
