We ordered quite a lot of dim sum, cold and main dishes, but some spectacular dishes that are worth mentioning were their Honey Glazed BBQ Kurobata Char Siu, Sweet & Sour Pork with Fresh Pineapple, Yin Yang Style Salted Egg Yolk and Horseradish Prawns, and Rose Wine Soy Marinated Chicken. We ordered quite a lot of dim sum, cold and main dishes, but some spectacular dishes that are worth mentioning were their Honey Glazed BBQ Kurobata Char Siu, Sweet & Sour Pork with Fresh Pineapple, Yin Yang Style Salted Egg Yolk and Horseradish Prawns, and Rose Wine Soy Marinated Chicken. The char siu was flavoursome and tender, with a nice balance of fat and lean; the sweet & sour pork was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, the sauce was mainly on the sweet side but had a zesty aftertaste which balanced the flavours; the prawns were fresh and had a subtle zingy taste from the horseradish and saltiness from the egg yolk - two distinct flavours at a reasonable price; the chicken wasn’t too oily and the ginger infused spring onion bits on top of it topped the dish up a notch. Overall a splendid experience; highly recommended and would definitely return again soon.
