To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺我腦海中，一直覺得西九龍冇咩好食，但上網見到有人推介呢間餐廳，於是膽粗粗試吓。舖面唔大，可以坐到10枱左右，睇一睇餐牌，係正常嘅西餐set。同兩個朋友一齊食，三個人一人叫一個set再share食。主菜之前，有個餐湯。野菌忌廉湯 - 湯嘅菌味好重，亦好滑口，好好飲法式千層魚配天使麵 味道不錯，魚嘅份量都唔少，唯一暇疵係千層魚有少許雪味。意式芝士焗雞排有驚喜嘅餸，雞好滑嫰，個汁都入味，而塊芝士簡直係畫龍點睛。美國安格斯肉眼排呢個排係正常發揮，有啲位好肥，完全係膏，不過overall味道好味。值得一讚係餐廳老闆同員工超級friendly，唔單止有禮貌，仲當客人係朋友咁，會詢問我哋食後感，又會同啲客傾吓偈
