門口兩個receptionist無禮貌,連機本mark booking都亂七八糟。星期五打去book枱首先個電話打極都唔通,留電話姓名講十次都Mark錯。晏晝打去book枱飲嘢,去到話無mark到個booking。見佢成班亂七八糟唔知自己做緊乜嘅同時,我再reconfirm已經晏晝同一時間book 左第二日o既lunch booking有無mark到。Ok係Mark左點知第二日竟然臨去前兩個鐘打黎話無位要坐出面。我話點解當時book枱你唔知架咩,跟住佢話要我坐室外。我話咁cancel個booking。完全無悔意,對唔住都無聲。唔識做receptionist 咪鬼做啦好心! 啲staff完全要由頭train過!! 不知所謂!!
