同事們真好,常常和我一起試新餐廳,好讓我可以寫Open Rice食評 : ) 今天我們試試Edo & Bibo Oyster & Steak House﹗餐廳面積不大,可是落地玻璃引入窗外陽光和景致,感覺開揚,十分舒適。這裡提供semi-buffet lunch,由HK$88起。以這個價錢的Semi-buffet來說,食物選擇已令我滿意了,而且每款食物的質素也不錯,連麵包粒粒和煙肉粒粒都特別美味,更有我十分十分喜愛的燒紅/黃椒和芝士小餅乾,讚﹗更令我歡喜的是這個甜品三層架,有Crème Brûlée和Panna Cotta,實在讚讚讚﹗餐湯也是包括在內的,由服務員送上,配以在salad bar取回來的芝士小餅乾,真美味 : )主菜方面,我們六人共選了三款美食一起分享,先來Roasted Spring Chicken (HK$138),賣相已令我非常喜歡,吃下去肉質不會韌,表皮煎得夠香,底層的薯蓉也入味,讚﹗Spinach Ravioli served with Truffle Creamy Sauce (HK$128)﹕芝士味十分香濃,不過很快會膩,最適合跟朋友分享﹗Penne all

Penne alla puttanesca (served with tomato, olive, chilli, caper, anchovy, fresh basil) (HK$128)﹕其實辣辣的蕃茄醬十分開胃,麵質亦夠煙韌,但大家都覺得太辣了一點,下次如果再點的話,要請廚師減低辣度才行﹗

享用完主菜,我們到salad bar想取甜品,卻發覺已被人盡取一空。跟服務員說,她非常友善地說可以直接請廚房準備,給我們送上。結果端上時以這個黑色碟盛著,Panna Cotta上面還特地加上果仁點綴,太貼心了,味道又香又滑,大家都非常心甜﹗

這餐廳絕對值得一試呢 ^_^
