The air conditioning made the shop a safe haven from the blistering heat outside, only a few tables were left empty even at a time off the rush hour.
The small bowl of noodle I had ordered came into my sight a few minutes later, the first impression was the small bowl used, such that the beef balls and brisket covered nearly the whole bowl surface. The beef ball was really crunchy, but the texture I would prefer a bit of variety (put a little beef tendon in it), taste of beef is average. The beef brisket is very soft, definitely stewed for a long time that even the tendon started to dissolve once entered your mouth, very savoury but the taste might be ubiquitous(traditional?) for gourmets relishing uniqueness. The oil noodle and the soup base were both average in my opinion.
Staffs were friendly and helpful, though certainly not the type of extravagant decor, one should feel comfortable enough afterall.
