Last time I had English breakfast and spent enjoyable time with friends. Went there again with family this morning for special occasion. The receptionist couldn’t find our reservation as she mistaken the name I told her and she didnt know how to check by phone no. The manager came and found the reservation and blamed me for giving them the wrong name. My husband made a reservation on OpenRice. The manager said there is no table for us as we didn’t inform them we had a dog with us. We said we didn’t know as we made the reservation online without such option, and we could wait for the next available table. He just kept saying “we have no table for you” and asked us to leave with a rude manner. We were angry, disappointed and left.
