To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. They can now have this Pineapple Bun with Cheese as takeaway and I decided to try it.So the first few bites I was like....where is the cheese? The bun was hot and had a crispy topping.By the latter half, the molten cheese was bursting out and then I finally realized I forgot about gravity(HAHA). There was so much molten cheese and I didn't keep the bun horizontal so that's why there was so much in the latter/bottom half of the bun. So the first few bites I was like....where is the cheese? The bun was hot and had a crispy topping.

Pineapple Bun with Cheese

By the latter half, the molten cheese was bursting out and then I finally realized I forgot about gravity(HAHA). There was so much molten cheese and I didn't keep the bun horizontal so that's why there was so much in the latter/bottom half of the bun. The photo only shows a bit of the molten cheese as I had to be careful that it would all leak out. It was so delicious by the end and the only thing you need to be careful is the cheese dribbling out since there was so much of it.
