Why is it called stir fried ice? This place was mentioned on tv and magazines. Apparently, the owner puts a block of flavored ice and continuously folds away in a giant ice cold wok. Yes, it may look like a block of butter, but this is great on a summer day or just to quench your thirst. The texture was soft like sorbet. Not too sweet. They added small balls of watermelon which was so sweet, it almost took away all flavor of the mango.
