Reasonable food and the worse service!

Upon arrival within reservations, we were promptly seated on a Saturday at 18:40 for dinner. The waitstaff appointed for our area was no where to be found, when it came to placing our order. We had managed to wave down another that took our order. We had ordered a kids meal, salads, main courses and desserts. Food was randomly served, as individual dishes while others waited for over 15+ mins for their meal. Any refills of a "Coke" took a minimum of 20 mins. The overall experience is lousy! Th

The overall experience is lousy! The service had increasingly become worse over the course of time, where a lot has to do with the overall management!
