Really bad service, even in Hong Kong

Me and my friend were asking for menu for three times before we got it. The attitude of the boss was really really awful, asking us to wait for the menu. After I emphasized that we have been asking for the menu for three times, the boss answered "this is just the case in the noon", and "leave if you don't want to eat here". I haven't encountered anything like this before. Really shocked me.
