The Pemberton has become like a restaurant building and Twyst is one of the latest addition. It serves modern continental cuisine (with a twist). Choice of 3 to 6 course set dinners. All the courses were pretty tasty and well prepared with innovation. I particularly liked the lobster ravioli and the souffle. The best thing is it is free corkage so great for wine lovers. The decor is comfortable and the table spaced out so not too noisy even when full. Definitely worth a try.
