To chase the far end of summer this year, I joined myself to an evening acting class in Hunghom. It's quintessential to feed yourself before you act, okay. So my dinner pick of the night was a bowl of HK signature: seared chicken steak with ginger scallion oil, with a side of sweet corns, zucchini, cherry tomatoes and mixed veggies. The chicken was panfried to very crispy, and while you dip that into the ultimate ginger scallion oil, you know you got it right.

Add a few dollars and enjoy a piece of buttered toast, and a hearty HK style borscht with beef, carrots and celery. I also had a glass of special drink: Lemongrass honey breakfast tea, served hot, soothing to my throat and it was a wake up call to my soul- reminding me to stay attentive during the late evening lesson.
