Quality seems to have dropped a bit

I've been visiting Emmer once in a while for the past few years but the last 2 visits somehow didn't live up to its usual standards. The egg on the Khachapuri was almost like a hard boiled egg and the pizza was a bit over cooked and burnt on the side of the crust. The croutons on the Caesar salad was a bit stale but the romaine lettuce was still fresh and crunchy. Pizza also took 30 mins to be served, maybe too busy and almost full house today but its not something that bothers me. Hope the new

Hope the new service team will notice this and keep up the quality this restaurant used to offer.
