I reserved the restaurant with discount offer through other apps. Upon arrival, the waitress’s facial expressions have shown us her welcome to us and arranged to the table next to Toilet. However, there are plenty empty tables upstairs. We then asked her if possible to arrange us the table upstairs. I reserved the restaurant with discount offer through other apps. Upon arrival, the waitress’s facial expressions have shown us her welcome to us and arranged to the table next to Toilet. However, there are plenty empty tables upstairs. We then asked her if possible to arrange us the table upstairs. She could not make decision and sought advice from her supervisor , the guy who worn suit at the cashier. The guy yelled loudly “take it or leave it” !! We then left the restaurant immediately with no doubt. This level of service is totally unacceptable!! I will not go to this restaurant again.
