One's can easily spot a ramen stall around every corner, as Hong Kong's people have a liking for Japanese food. I was running errands around this area and without looking at the watch, time breeze past. As i have a sudden craving for ramen and have eaten this stall before, i decided to pay them a visit again. Even though their specialties were on ramen, they do sell snacks & rice set as well. Pricing was on a fair range and there were several flavours of ramen for me to ponder on. As i was alone

As i was alone, i was assigned to the table bench top. Every table was placed with seasoning and utensil, and was decorated with Japanese theme & feel.

Grilled Chicken - As i was quite hungry, i decided to order a plate of grilled chicken on top of my ramen lunch. Each plate came with 2 skewers of grilled chicken, with some mayo sauce on top of the chicken. A slice of lemon was placed beside to enhance the taste. My first bite was the chicken was soft and marinated with plenty of flavour. It was a slight watery version of grilled chicken. It was quite a good attempt.

Sakura Shrimp Ramen - I decided to go for their most expensive ramen. Ingredients were plentiful, with tiger prawn, crab meat, scallops & egg in it. Noodles were cooked till rather soft, as i preferred it to be slightly tough. Soup was quite flavourful as it absorbs all the rich content of the seafood ingredients. Crab meat and prawn was quite juicy. As for the egg, it was cooked till slightly well done. Overall, it was a decent soup.
