being left in 海港城 by mom,i decided to give this cova a try for their tea buffet.no chocolate cake was provided at all,only one in the cake set cupboard.also there were carrot cake, tiramisu cake( cream more than cheese wor, why as cake set not as buffet cheap item?), mango dome cake...this time there were berries in fruit salad finally, but little only, taste fantastic anyway. tiramisu was also as good as how many times i've tasted, well soaked in coffee, and i knew that i should scoop the cente

this time there were berries in fruit salad finally, but little only, taste fantastic anyway. tiramisu was also as good as how many times i've tasted, well soaked in coffee, and i knew that i should scoop the center part to get more beloved lady fingers.
apple tart was a new item,as their tarts were always well done,
crunchy enough and crispy too,
this was even better as a large size tart,
golden crispy brown.
sour jelly cover the green cooked sliced apples,
then surprise came!!!
it was custard between apple and sponge,
that means this tart was in a total of five layers??!!
good, good, good!!!
the next to take was new item too,
chocolate sauce, chocolate cream, whipped cream, mixed berries with puff.
surprise again,but a bad one.
very yellowy custard inside puff.
i just though it will be whipped light cream,
but it was custard.
if it was quality of paul lafayet's creme burlee,
i would say a million "yes i like this",
but this one,
yellowy and no vanilla seed at all,
"go away please",
though it was some how,not sweet you can say,
but just if i was their boss's friend to say this.
as a customer who paid,
i surely choose to use my right to complain here.
