今次係第二次去Pentola,呢間手工意粉真係大埔不能錯過嘅餐廳。裝修有格調,職員服務有一流,咖啡又好飲,食物質素都好高。我哋今日係中午去,大概1:30 ,如果假日去的話,建議大家都係book位先。今次嗌咗黑松露薯條、黃油雞全隻,、卡邦尼意粉、茴香味嘅青口同埋風門樓牛扒配薯條。未上菜前會先有一碟麵包加醋同埋橄欖油,麵包有香草加埋暖暖哋作為前菜真係一流。薯條雖然好似好貴$78。但係一大盤,我哋五個人都食得好夠。卡邦尼意粉一送到上嚟,大家都嘩一聲,手工意粉望落都好新鮮粗幼分明,上面鋪咗好多芝士,大家急不及待想試吓,但入口之好Creamy,不過份量就少咗啲,一個女士食就差唔多。封門柳燒得好有碳香味,生菜加少少橄欖油海鹽,好新鮮。黃油雞最出色,幾乎去晒骨,醃得好入味,配埋焗酸同埋檸檬,真係大家必試嘅,平時出面食嘅雞都冇咁滑。至於個茴香青口就更加不得了,差啲連啲汁都想飲埋,個青口好新鮮,俾埋兩塊麵包俾你配,洋蔥好甜,份量好足夠五個人食。最後我哋嗌咗兩杯Dirty,好好飲,咖啡味夠濃,奶味又夠重,服務真係一流,侍應不停幫我哋加水,有求必應,真係去大埔不得不試嘅一間餐廳。
