To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Peking duck suitable for small and large groups

Went with a small group of 3 for peking duck because they offer smaller portions to cater to smaller groups. The peking duck came with 4 sauces (this is unusual) and small dishes of veggies to include in the wrap. They also offer a generous amount of wraps so we didn't need to order more. The duck was pretty good, I would definitely come back for peking duck. The second course (duck with lettuce wrap) took more than 30 mins to come despite following up twice. The duck was pretty good, I would definitely come back for peking duck. The second course (duck with lettuce wrap) took more than 30 mins to come despite following up twice. It was a bit greasy but otherwise, it was good. We also ordered the four season beans - that wasn't good. I wouldn't order that dish again. Service was good but they should learn to update their customers regarding the status of a dish so we don't have to keep following up. To be honest, they probably didn't update us because they don't want us to cancel a dish since they clearly forgot to put in the order (the lettuce dish didn't take that long last time)
