It’s always a risk with lamb as it could be a hit and a miss. I’m glad that the lamb chops were cooked perfectly, crispy on the surface and tender inside. Coated in a bold spice mix with cumin and chilli, the flavour was a match in heaven.

Can’t get enough of lambs, so we order a bowl of lamb noodles. The complex rich broth was especially aromatic with all that spices, the shredded lamb was tender and flavourful, whilst the noodles were springy with a bit chewy.
