近兩年由餐廳轉型為精品美食店的例子愈來愈多,比方Fusion 5開了姐妹店Fusion Gourmet,早兩天在星街發現結志街市的Chez Patrick亦一改風格,開了輕食店Chez Patrick DELI,遠看已覺得氣氛特別,就趁著今日完成訪問後,同兩位朋友來happy hour感受不一樣的風味。朋友喜歡傳統菜式,於是叫來煙燻鵝肝,伴碟的沙律菜也是揀選過的好貨色,紅的綠的色澤鮮艷,廚師已預先撈上了陳醋汁,吃起來酸中帶甜很開胃,喜歡沙律的朋友實不可錯過。更多分享@
