I preordered this afternoon tea through an online platform(starts with K) to enjoy a slight discount.The welcome drink was a refreshing sweet tea. Their desserts were beautifully designed and I was impressed how much detail they put into it. The coconut latte creme had even 3 chocolate drops inside to give a panda appearance, which also happened to be my favorite dessert despite I am not usually a coconut fan. It was that good.
Desserts were all good but I was blown away by their savories. The tomato with plum dressing was so juicy and refreshing. The sweetness and tartness made a lovely contrast. The wagyu was tender and juicy even for this mini toast. The lobster jelly was full of crab meat and they were definitely genrous with the caviar yet without being salty.
This tea set is a bit pricier than the usual ones but definitely worth the price. Service was also very attentive.
