The worst experience that we been through. We were the first group arrived. After a while when we are ready to order. We wait for another 10 minutes before the captain served us. The worst experience that we been through. We were the first group arrived. After a while when we are ready to order. We wait for another 10 minutes before the captain served us. We intended to order a set for 4, unexpectedly, 3 of the courses were said to be out of stock and not served. The resolution was claimed to be decided by the chef and could not be told. Only after our repeated request, she agreed to chat with the chef for a precise order. Upon our agreement, she further said that the soup was not available. This made all of us very unpleasant. She presented in such a way that she didn’t want to take the order and made this hard for us. The lady was refusing to apology and keep blaming that the menu was established long time ago. She even not try to listen and thought about how to get resolution. When she refused to let we talk to her superior, we left the restaurant.
