Another one giving me a punch is this “Pepper Pork Bone Broth”, as expected a spicy kick from white pepper, but the richness from pork bones reminded me of Japanese tonkotsu, but a clearer version.
In general, E-Fu noodles were generally used to stir-fry but it did an amazing job to absorb the soup here. What’s more, the roast beef were sliced from a whole piece one by one, then lightly seared just before serving, letting out the charred fatty notes.
