First thing first, there are other Brunch Club in other places (like in CWB) but I would definitely recommend this one! It's much better. Egg Benny

I always love egg benedict. You know, the moment when you cut that poached egg... the yolk explode. 😍 I love the smoked salmon they used. It has that flavour I like. And some salad to help you achieve your daily veg target. The hollandaise was done quite good. It's creamy enough. If I have to pick on one thing, it would be that the hollandaise and the vinegar/lemon juice used on poaching the egg made the dish a bit too acidic for me.

Pesto

Oh god. I love the pesto. It's probably the best I had in Hong Kong. Usually, it's too oily. But this one is oily enough to create that smooth texture but not too oily. And the prawns are really good. Their veins were all removed, meaning clean. They are well cooked, crunchy and firm. I love it!

Risotto

It has cream sauce and tomato sauce. I would definitely go for the cream sauce, simply because it's way better. It has smoked salmon, small squids and some small mussels. The "seafood" word on the menu is definitely not overrated. haha
