老公為自己生日揀咗一間係大埔開既Omakase,一黎近、二來食評都係全讚、三來未食過Omakase,所以決定一試lunch,果然無令到我地失望。老實講,大埔真係無呢類型既日本餐廳,所以開頭都驚會伏,餐廳門口好簡潔,場內得11個吧枱坐位,裝潢唔錯。午餐只有兩款,$300、$450,我地就揀咗前者有10件壽司,完全由師傅拍版今日既壽司款式。吧枱上有塊簿磚,右下角會放上唔辣口既薑帶甜味,食完個蒸旦頭盤,師傅就開始整第一款壽司,其實我本人唔太好魚生,總係覺得有腥味,但原來新鮮既魚生係咁好食,而且師傅會逐一介紹每款壽司,同埋食完一件先整下一件,保證係你前面即整,今次令我最有驚喜係秋刀魚、馬糞海膽、甜蝦、葫蘆瓜手卷、柚子雪糕。同師傅傾開先知秋刀魚係9月、10月最肥美,亦係時令食材,加上少少薑汁同葱蓉,吊起秋刀魚鮮味,真係一試難忘,我地都好彩趕得上試到季尾既秋刀魚。我試過係迴轉壽司食過,帶有腥味,但竟然係呢度俾我食到咁好味既秋刀魚;北海道既馬糞海膽又係好鮮甜,師傅仲話要趁紫菜脆口快d食。今次既生日飯局,老公非常滿意,$300加埋1,可以食到咁正既Omakase係好值,絕對有下次同埋師傅都好好傾,唔會
