餐廳位於商場之內,環境10分日式,加上鄰近地鐵站,方便又快捷。
這次我們挑選了壽司14貫的,因為這個性價比極高,我和朋友對米飯也不是太感興趣這個份量晶晶適合我們享用。
日本料理最重要的,當然就是食材的新鮮程度,這間日式料理店挑選時令的,已經令我10分滿意,但令我最難忘的,就是活生生的蟹,居然在我面前,經過廚師在後台的烹調,香脆又美味,絕對是令我意想不到。
14種不同的壽司,每件也是鮮甜可口,令我很高興。















To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
