In Tsim Sha Tsui East, there is a shop called 勁回味 which is on everybody’s mouth for serving nice Hand Rolls and there is always a long line. Actually Wan Chai has a similar shop as well and you see less of it online, but many Islanders in HK sort of know it somehow. Sea Urchin Hand Roll is $12 each here - 勁回味 tastes better with more urchins. Actually Genki Sushi serves the best version vs price. But for Hong Kongers like me, this sometimes has to do as a snack..
