To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 和爸媽來到黃大仙富臨皇宮酒樓飲茶。酒樓裝潢呈歐洲宮殿風，很有氣派，環境寬敞舒適，並配上華麗的水晶燈，提供多款的滋味點心以及不同的小菜餐點，選擇豐富，價錢合理，質素高有驚喜。叫來多款即叫即蒸點心，雞紮皮脆香嫩，雞香十足，油脂豐腴，齒頰留香。腸粉清新爽口，燒賣色澤鮮明，爽口彈牙。山竹牛肉肉質鬆化，鮮味十足，加上豉油，令味道提升。奶皇包皮面白如雪，入口軟熟，餡料奶香濃郁，還有沙沙的口感，味道甜鹹交融，讓人百吃不厭。可能適逢復活節，有鹹水角與布甸，布甸裝在兩隻蛋殼裡，鹹水角是趣緻可愛小雞的造型，夠晒應節，別具心思。價錢實惠選擇算多，而且食物質素平均，算是區內不錯的選擇。
