I think everything is just normal or below average

for the intestine and fuzhou fishball noodle,the portion of food is not enough,the soup base is not good ....

I tried the intestine noodles recently in 1 of the restaurant in Plaza Hollywood,which is much much better than it.

since some of my relatives are fukien/taiwanese, I really think they made the deep-fried roll badly....
