I ordered a braised beef with noodles ($78). It looked pretty good. A nice dark color.

However, the soup was disappointing. No rich beef taste. Just salty and not much else. The noodles were also sadly disappointing. Just soft and mushy. They were over cooked.

The brisket, on the other hand, was pretty good. Tender and moist, it literally tore apart easily. This was also packed with flavor.

Very mediocre Taiwanese charging at such a high price. I've had much better for far cheaper. It is no wonder this place was so quiet while the other restaurants surrounding it were very busy. Won't be back.
