TGIF!!!

There are so many restaurants recently landed Pacific Place. HON 10 is one of those. HON 10 is just next to DIM SUM LIBRARY. Similar to other restaurant, it has stylish and simple  decor with dim lights, which gives you the comfy feeling.

There are a wide variety of food including grilled food, okonomiyaki, sushi roll, sashimi whatever you can name it.

To start with, I picked the grilled prawn salad with yuzu sauce and pepper. Frankly, it is just so-so. The yuzu flavor is wayyyyyy to subtle and the veggie is just flavorless.
Moving on, I had sashimi platter and the shrimp & uni sushi roll.
The tuna in the sashimi platter is bomb! the fat is evenly distributed so I could taste lean meat and fatty part of tuna together.

The shrimp and uni sushi roll is another gastronomical delight. The uni is so creamy with strong ocean-flavor. Awesome for $138.

Other than something raw, I also ordered wagyu beef ($238), foie gras, and pork okonomiyaki. As expected, they taste as good as other dishes. Looking at the marbling of the beef is already an enchantment. The wagyu beef is crunchy and little brown outside, while tender and juicy inside.
Among all new restaurants in PP, this one is definitely my favorite one.
