Nice pho, extremely poor service

The beef pho & beef pho with tomato soup really is rather nice! But I'm not sure if I would be going back for their pho again. Their service just get worst and worst everytime I go! I understand lunch is a busy time and the restaurant owner would like to do as much business as possible, but this is just not the way to treat customers! I understand lunch is a busy time and the restaurant owner would like to do as much business as possible, but this is just not the way to treat customers! The last time I went, the resturant was as busy as ever. When I approached the lady standing at the door, I asked if there was place for one. The slightly chubby lady with mid-length hair and glasses just stared at me and said rather rudely, "what?". I repeated my question again and she showed me to a seat at the bar near the kitchen with buckets of dirty bowls and dishes. They made no attempt to place distance between me and the dirty buckets and just threw things in. The buckets were basically touching my chair! I was worried that they would miss and threw the left over food at my lap. To make things worse, they got my order all wrong! When I told them that wasn't what I ordered. The slightly chubby lady did not apologise. She said in an annoyed tone to the kitched that the customer wanted something else. My food finally came but the lemon water tasted off, like the lemon had gone bad. At that point I really regretted going there even though their pho was nice.
I know this is not a place to ask for superb service but I think they just don't respect their customers at all. I know I won't be going there any time soon!
