Waited for around 10 minutes before I got the Mixed Berry Napolean. The staff advised the cake to be eaten within 4-5 hours of collecting. However, we ate the cake much later in the evening. Luckily, the puff pastry layers were still crisp and not soggy at all from the cream in between the layers. The whole cake was delicious, although there aren't that many special flavours. It is an alternative from your normal sponge cake though.
