On the top layer, there were some bread Swiss rolls, which were not particularly impressive to me.
On the other hand, its hazelnut macaroon in the middle layer really impressed me. I personally consider macaroon is too sweet for me- but this one is just perfect. The hazelnut taste balanced well with the chocolate filling. The green tea raspberry was refreshing. I have never thought that these two could match so well. It would be even better if the green tea is richer.
The Mango delight was not bad. The crust was light and crispy. However, for me, the mango mousse tasted quite similar with the "exotic shot" on the lowest layer. .
The Canneles (the dark brown cake on the lowest layer) was hard and rich. My friends and I did not manage to finish it, partly because we were already full (despite sharing a tea set for two among the three of us), and partly because the taste and texture were not attractive. We thought that it was a bit hard.
EnvironmentI went here on a weekday, and my friends successfully booked a table a week ago. Hence we don't need to queue up.
We stayed for about 2.5 hours.
The sea view was spectacular.
NextIt was relaxing to spend an afternoon here chatting with friends.
I would definitely be back again, and I would come on a weekday and book a window seat.
