11th Nov(Sun) lunch with friends, quiet, plenty of tables, food inexpensive but need much improvement on service quality & communication of waitresses:1. my friend made reservation in advance. When I arrived, I emphasize twice the name, the receptionist didn't listen carefully, just kept asking how many people. She then led me to a table. However when I sat down, I saw my friend sitting at another table!2. when we finished lunch, asked waitress if any free dessert, she said“No”, then we ordered
