I remember how much I loved the ramen from Butao the first time I had it, and I was a little worried that I would be disappointed after deciding to try it the third time. But it didn't -the ramen was still savory and delicious, although I have to say the soup wasn't super hot and I don't like the pork. But I love the ramen and the soup. We ordered the 豚王 and 番茄王 (limited in September only). The pork soup is rich and robust, and the tomato soup is more on the sour side, tinged with a delicate pun

The noodles are very well made as well. Although the noodles are more on the pricey side, it's definitely worth coming again!

P.S. the restaurant itself is very spacey and authentically Japanese -unlike the other branches in CWB and central, and the staff is very nice
