I’ve dined around the world, from countless Michelin three-star restaurants across Norway, France, and Italy, to humble street food stalls in Africa and India. I’d say I have a pretty broad palate and a very high tolerance for different dining experiences.
But PaperMoon in Hong Kong simply doesn’t make the cut. Among all the places I’ve been, this one easily ranks at the very bottom when it comes to attitude and professionalism. When the meal was over, only one thought came to mind: “The diners here seem to have better manners than some of the staff at PaperMoon.”

也算是全球各类餐厅都体验过，挪威法国意大利9等数不过来的米三也都一一品尝过，非洲印度街头的美食摊也一样会光顾。自认为体验都很棒，作为顾客对各类体验的宽容度也很高。
这家香港的PaperMoon，服务肯定不能算好了，全世界那么多地方，如果从服务态度来说，这家可以说是最末位，目前还没有之一。用餐完毕后，只有一个感受，“用餐的顾客，比PaperMoon的一些服务人员，更有教养”。
