To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實一早已經好想試MEGA BOX 裹面的COMMM，貪它裝潢不俗，頗有特色。但COMMM午飯時間一直大排長龍，每都都被侯座的人嚇退。琴日同事生日，所以就去左試。午市時間等左成半個鍾頭先有位，不過餐廳會為左等位的客人先落單，所以坐低好快好得食。午市套餐大約五十至六十元，在MEGABOX來說都合理。我叫左虎蝦蛋包海鮮金邊粉，十分失望! 金邊粉外貌精緻，包在外層的蛋呈綱紋狀，十分美麗。只可惜金玉其外，敗絮其中。成碟野只有一隻蝦，仲要不新鮮，根本不可以稱為海鮮。裹面的金邊粉炒的好濕好油，素來大食的我都食剩一半，可見碟粉認真麻麻。不過我試了同事叫的香矛豬排湯河則不錯，豬排十分香口，可能我不幸運簡了個不好食的，下次有機會再試多次先。
