I've been to M&C duck on regular basis and I know this place is busy. Today I have guests in town, so came one hour before to get the table. I got a ticket at 630pm and we only got table at 845. It's fine.. However, I ordered pork ribs, waiter came back - sold out. OK, I changed to beef, came back agian - sold out a nd changed to Oyster omlette - sold out. Finally I gave up, and no need to change to anything else. Worst nightmare happened, they came back agian
The duck came out pretty fast, the skin is not crispy as we hoped, it's indeed very soft. but meat is tender and tasty. Although the soup came with duck - a bit too oily. We also ordered the chicken with sesame paste on rice noodle. The sesame paste was a bit over powering. Texture is a bit too thick. And the chicken with chilli were crispy but a bit salty.
