macaroon 仍舊保持水準，外脆內弱固然係指定要求，但脆皮可以薄如旦殼，卻不是間間做到。這間做到！另外，試了rose及橙花味。味道天然，rose味比LGB更天然，橙花味出眾，最為喜愛。茶是我的主打。今次試了earl grey with orange blossom, 橙花味不特出，但仍然好味。可是，在今年2月光顅時是hk$35/pot,未夠1年，卻要$45!升幅近3成！！
